Fantastic Frank Marshall Sailor Boy Figure

This Frank Marshall figure has a superb face which although is not a cheeky boy he certainly is as cute as any cheeky boy out there.

He is 42" tall and came to me wearing this great pre war sailor suit done in summer white. He only has mouth movement but what more do you need with a superior looking figure. His hands are also original carved wood and are of the flat style.

What really made me smile was the fact that this was one of Terry Bennett's Frank Marshall figures. Now in the Ventriloquist Central Collection is Terry's original Turner figure, Red Flannels (click here) and this Marshall which I was told he purchased somewhere around 1950. The figure itself dates from around 1938. A real Frank Marshall treasure.
