This figure was crafted some 60
years ago by Glen Cargyle. His head is a Mannequin head that has
been over sculpted , yes they did this even back then, and has side
to side moving eyes and slot jaw. He is a 42" tall figure and his
body is paper mache as well as his terrific hands. He is wearing the
cowboy shirt and hat from the era as well as his cowboy boots.
He has a trap door which gives easy access to the mechanics. Glen
Cargyle used fishing bobbers for his eyes and this one has them. The
irises are hand painted. These Cargyle figures are not seen very
often so if you want a rare figure made by a Hollywood artist here
you go. Remember Cargyle did the figures for the Danny Kaye movie
"Knock On Wood."
